BASIC PRINCIPLES:

  • Multicultur Nurses organizes the personnel recruitment from A to Z -> destination in GERMANY and start of work in a medical facility. Nurses are increasingly coming from the Balkans + Southern Europe and occasionally from the rest of the world. While in Germany a nurse completes a three-year education at a vocational college, our nurses study “nursing sciences” with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree. The focus of the course is on medical treatment care, basic care and the documentation and planning of care. The nurses from the above-mentioned countries can be employed in hospitals and care facilities.

     

  • We, MCN, organize the recognition process and accompany the recruitment from the pre-selection to the organization of language courses (e.g. via our own language schools) to the start of work in Germany. Our applicants’ courses of study are of a high international standard.
