CEO of Multicultur Nurses (Recruiting) – my STORY

My name is Mr. Dott. Ilir Bici, CEO and founder of Multicultur Nurses, a recruitment company for nurses from abroad and various countries. In the past I studied “Nursing” and “Anasthesia”. I successfully completed this with a Master’s degree. For a long time, I worked as a staff member in hospitals in Albania, Italy and Germany until I decided to take a new step in my life. I decided to focus on the topic of “skills shortages”. I’ve always been very keen to overcome skills shortages – to attract and retain skilled workers. Foreign countries offer a great opportunity in this respect and close the large gaps in Germany with their medical talent. I speak from both sides of my own experience, as I also have foreign roots and came to Germany to work in my mid-20s. That’s why I want to support medical facilities and care professionals in continuing to solve the challenges of our time with the right tools. This is what I stand for with my name.

In 2022 I started the German language course at the Multiculturnurses center from level A1 to B2. After I successfully passed the B2 level defense exam, Dr. Biçi fully assisted with the necessary documentation for the Embassy and receiving the Defizitbecheid.
Now I work as a nurse in Bayern, Klinikum recht der Isar since 2023.

Rikson Ahmetaj NURSE
In 2019, the Online Course starts 3 times a week offered by the German language center Multiculturnurses. After I followed it up to level B2, I successfully pass the language defense exam in Tirana. Immediately afterwards, Dr. Biçi personally helped with the translation of documents by proxy on behalf of the company Multiculturnurses and obtaining the Defizitbescheid.
Since 2020, I have been working as a nurse at the prestigious Uniklinikum Köln hospital, where I also received the German Urkunden after the theoretical exam.

In 2019, for the first time I heard about employment opportunities in Germany at the Elbasan Multicultural Center. In this year, he started the German course, where teaching was conducted with contemporary methods. After completing the B2 level and taking the defense exam in Tirana, Dr. Biçi and I started preparing the documents for my employment in Germany, we translated the documentation, obtained the Defizitbescheid, and found the work contract and accommodation in the center of Hamburg. I have been happily working since 2020 at the Aklepios hospital in Hambung, equipped with Urkunden: the German license.

In 2021, I was employed at an asylum in Germany. I was looking for a new job as a nurse, as I was equipped with a German Urkunde. After I contacted Dr. Biçi, in record time he offered me a job as a nurse at the Uniklinikum Düsseldorf hospital. It also enabled me to find a new accommodation. In 2020, I leave my job at the asylum in Germany, where I was equipped with Urkunde. I talked with Dr. Biči if he could offer me employment opportunities in the hospital already, in Stuttgart. Within a short time I was provided with a new work contract at the well-known Stuttgart hospital, Robert Bosch Krahnkenhaus. Since 2020, I have been practicing my profession in one of the wards of this hospital with very good working conditions.

As I was previously employed as a nurse in an asylum. I contacted Dr. Bici who offered me a job and accommodation in this city. I’ve been working happily at Uniklinikum Freiburg for years now.

In 2020, I personally contacted Dr. Biçin at the company Multiculturnurses for an employment opportunity with Urkunde in Hamburg, where I lived. Within a short time I started working as a nurse at Facharztkinik Hamburg.

After I finished my Bachelor, I started the online German course at Multiculturnurses from level A1 to B2. Then, with a power of attorney on behalf of the company, they enabled me to translate all the documents.
